About The Role
As an HRSS Coordinator – SME HR Operations, you will make an impact by managing end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from hire to exit, within Cognizant’s HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. You will be a valued member of the HRSS team and work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Immigration, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR operations.
In This Role, You Will
Deliver multilingual support and provide administrative assistance for HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Recruitment, Immigration, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain SLAs, SOPs, and trackers while driving process efficiency and timely, accurate HR operations.
Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, guiding them to policies, procedures, and specialist advice.
