The role requires a minimum of O / ITE / Diploma in Human Resources or a related field, alongside at least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate staff records, ensuring confidentiality, and assisting with employment contracts and onboarding documentation. The position is located at 60 Tannery Lane with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
