RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation and issuance of warning letters and other correspondence Responding to government surveys. Process company Insurance Preparation of employment contracts Processing worker's repatriation Assist in handling Company Bizsafe's documentation and renewal certification Liaising & correspondence with Government agencies Handling phone calls and ensuring telephones calls are directed accordingly to specific person/team at all times. Assist in handling Work Injury reporting to MOM and processing its insurance claims Deals with Primary Care Plan (PCP) registration Assist in the Job posting and Job application / Renewal Performs other ad hoc duties when necessary REQUIREMENTS: Atleast 1 year of relevant experience Atleast Diploma in Human Resource related course Computer Literate Able to work overtime Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
