****BASIC FUNCTION**Under the supervision of the General Supervisor Training & Development, this position is responsible for coordinating training programs and instilling the KOS philosophy to the training function.As well as, to follow up the training processes of the personnel and promoting their continuous development, to provide them the necessary knowledge, abilities and attitudes to obtain the competencies required.Supporting with all legal requirements related to the training function.
