The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, people-first HR Business Partner. You’ll lead recruitment, coaching, payroll, benefits, and health & safety — and help modernize how we work through AI, automation, and smarter workflows.

This is a genuinely AI-forward seat. You’ll inherit working tools (including an AI-assisted screening pipeline) and partner with our internal AI specialist to build more, so a builder’s mindset matters as much as HR depth.
