Responsibilities

• Manager HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience in non-IT departments (around 100 employees)
• Identify bottlenecks, collect feedback, and propose process optimizations
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes
• Manage and support HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Create clear documentation and ensure process adoption across teams
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to align initiatives
• Explore and test new HR tools and technologies to support process automation and scalability

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR process management or HR project management
