Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of talent strategies for a designated line of service
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management and capability development
• Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive team environments across the employee lifecycle
• Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall well-being
• Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-informed talent decisions
• Integrate the firm’s people strategy into everyday operations and practices
• Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging across teams
• Utilize data-driven insights to shape and guide talent strategies

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner ...
