• Partnering with the business: trusted advisor to managers and member of the site management team, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to design and deliver people solutions, using data and insight to anticipate and address people‑related risks and challenges.
• In‑depth, hands‑on knowledge of Finnish employment and labor law, including collective agreements, cooperation and continuous dialogue requirements with employee representatives, working time rules, statutory benefits, holiday accrual/pay and core payroll processes.
