The opportunity

You will be acting as a trusted HR advisor and consultant on HR related issues to assigned service lines, working closely with business leaders and line managers to support growth objectives and help meet future talent needs.

You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and HR/Talent priorities to ensure successful implementation of HR related processes and initiatives.

You will play a crucial role in providing, analysing & explaining key HR metrics to support business decisions related to People.
