Our client, a commercial aviation business located within the UAE, is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to join their team.

To develop and deliver HR people strategy and act as an interface between HR and other business units, you will drive and implement the people strategy in order to deliver a world class HR service. Exerting a dynamic influence over key line stakeholders and driving teams to promote best HR practice. Within this role you will ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices as well as provide advice and guidance to line Managers and HR generalists. You will work in partnership with the HR centers of excellence ensuring coordination in project, policy development and promote organisational development which addresses succession planning, workforce engagement and development as well as change management and performance culture.
