Operating across corporate services and educational settings, the organisation ismitted to delivering high-quality, people-focused services and driving continuous improvement through its workforce strategy.
This will be a 6-month temporary post.
Your new role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders, managers, and headteachers. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies aligned to organisational objectives, while supporting a diverse workforce through periods of change and transformation.
