At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our customers, our people, and our communities. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Experience team on a -month parental leave contract.

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across a dedicated client group, providing trusted advice, coaching, and strategic people support. You'll help shape organisational capability, lead change initiatives, manage complex employee relations matters, and contribute to key people programs that drive business performance and engagement.
