Responsibilities

• Daily Overtime programation (Cafeteria, Taxis, Buses, etc) and weekends.
• Transportation matters (Taxis & Buses) programations, concerns, issues, complains and frequent audits.
• Cafeteria programations, concerns, issues, complains and frequent audits.
• Purchase orders control on time according budget.
• Process invoices: Cafeteria Alfa, Buses Punto Transporte, Taxis Transporte GPS, etc.
• ID's print and set access on the system for the gates (building and parking lot).
• Labor certificates (Travel, Visa, Fonacot, Bank, etc.)
• Payroll discounts for ID's replacement.
• (ID lost)
• Onboarding for Personnel Services only (cafeteria, transportation, lockers, ID, building access, clock in/out, letters, etc.)
• Special meals or orders for cafeteria as coke events.
• Lockers control.
• Weekly Over time report to plant manager.
