Conducts recruitment and selection activities to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a timely and cost effective manner.
Assists in the implementation and execution of various internal and external talent acquisition strategies to support the company’s hiring requirements
Executes and activates strategies for different channels such as employee referrals, internal job promotion, job boards, social media, applicant referral, agency/hiring partners, campus recruiting, job fairs, etc.
Develop and create engaging content that showcases the company’s culture, values, and employee experience across recruitment and employer branding platforms.
Provide support in content production, including photography, videography, and basic editing of multimedia materials for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
