Overview
Responsible for end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identifies the various sources for hiring requirements.
- Coordinates with the departments for their hiring needs.
- Conducts interviews and background checks.
- Ensures the complete and timely submission of the new hires’ onboarding requirements
- Handles administrative tasks such as the following, but not limited to:
- a. Employee ID processing
- b. Validation of utility and security information from manpower agencies
- Amenable to work onsite. Office is located at National Teachers' College, Quiapo Manila.
- Must be a graduate in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related degree.
