Job Responsibilities - Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
- Handle day‑to‑day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling and onboarding of new hires
- Handle onboarding
- Support the administration of internship
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P‑Filing
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
- Responsible for meeting KPIs
- Address employees’ issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
