Reporting to the Director of Administration, this role supports HR administration, recruitment, employee programs, and day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR and operational initiatives across the firm.
- Coordinate recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer letters, and employment documentation.
