This 4-5 month contract role with a local authority involves taking ownership of the HR and Payroll design for the Council’s future ERP solution. The post holder will lead the design and implementation of HR and Payroll workstreams, ensuring alignment with organisational needs, best practices, and statutory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, design leads, and delivery teams to guide the implementation process, incorporating functional expertise, stakeholder insight, and programme delivery knowledge to ensure successful outcomes.
