Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Assessments with operational, administrative, and support teams.Create, track, and ensure execution of the annual training plan for all plants.Develop and deliver technical training programs.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific training requirements.Support internal and external audits, maintaining full traceability of training records.Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees (Training + Welcome Kit).Organize training sessions, classrooms, schedules, and required resources.Manage quotations with Purchasing and MHS, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget control for all training initiatives....
