To provide day to day human resource administrative support and contribute to the long‑term development and effective service delivery of the HR function.
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Valid drivers’ license
- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
Knowledge
- CCMA exposure would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge and experience would be an advantage
- HR principles and practices
- Employment and labor legislation
- Business unit processes
- Health and safety policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
- Provide day to day human resource administrative support & contribute to the long‑term development of the HR function.
- Provide all recruitment administration support for A and B band appointments.
