Responsibilities
Employee Records & Data: Maintaining, updating, and auditing employee files and HR systems (HRIS) for accuracy and compliance.
Onboarding & Recruitment: Managing the hiring process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and handling new hire orientation paperwork.
Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, and payroll.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to labor legislation, updating company policies, and generating reports on turnover, attendance, and staffing metrics.
Benefits & Payroll Administration: Assisting with payroll processing, monitoring attendance/absences, and facilitating benefits enrollment.
