Job Summary:

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. They play a vital role in maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and assisting with HR-related tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience
  • ERS Biometrics Experience
  • Decision making
  • Problem solving

Position Responsibilities

  1. Biometrics – loading of new employee’s (ASO + TES)
  2. Ensuring pay slips are sent out in a timely manner.
  3. Ensuring IRP5’s are sent out to all employees accordingly.
  4. Managing and maintaining the ORG Charts
  5. Onboarding of new employees – Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation and training
