Key Responsibilities:
Handling daily administrative and HR tasks.
Assist in recording details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions (VANDEL).
Provide back-up support on tracking, monitoring inventory, compliance needs and notifying HR Supervisor when supplies are running low.
Enter Purchase Requisitions and place orders for office supplies.
Support in maintaining a neat office environment, organized inventory storage area and 5S Program.
Checking of Billing per cut-off. (per assigned Agency)
Encoding of Newly Deployed Agency Personnel in the system (Pcore).
Company Phone Monitoring and Issuances.
Ensures all applicable systems and paperwork are maintained and updated accordingly.
Other duties/ HR projects, as assigned.
