HR Administration and Payroll Specialist
This position is part of the Europe HR Shared Services function, a collaborative team of on‑site and remote professionals supporting employees and managers across 16 European countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing for Italy and Spain in line with payroll calendars and local compliance requirements.
- Prepare and provide payroll instructions to external payroll providers, review results, and validate accuracy.
- Ensure payroll operations are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Coordinate payroll‑related tax, social security, pension, and insurance activities and payments.
- Conduct payroll audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
