Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with managers to determine organizational training requirements.
  • Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) and identify gaps in employee skills.
  • Track employee training records, maintain training facilities, and manage the assigned department budget.
