Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in HR is a real plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently. Comfortable rolling up sleeves and tackling tasks head-on. Enjoyment of working in a start-up environment where hierarchy and status are minimal. A great communicator with native-level German and fluent English skills.
