SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As HR & Admin Manager at Jotun Pakistan, you will lead and enhance the Human Resources & Admin function by applying innovative concepts, effective tools, and structured procedures to support an efficient organization. You will manage all HR activities through your team. You will also be part of Jotun Pakistan’s management team and contribute to overall business success and drive positive changes across the organization. This position will report to General Manager and is based in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR & Admin function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team, ensuring a capable and motivated workforce ready to meet both present and future organizational needs.
