Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities Human Resources - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR records.
- Assist in payroll preparation, salary administration, and employee benefits management.
- Process Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and other work pass-related matters.
- Support employee training, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations initiatives.
