Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handle employee documentation, records management, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on HR and office administration activities.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, correspondence, and other HR-related functions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Female Filipino candidate.
  • Previous experience in HR and administrative support roles.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates on a UAE Visit Visa and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
