Supports in employee benefits, leave records, and reimbursement claims administration.
Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders (POs).
Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including document control, filing, and data management.
Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and travel insurance.
Verify and process invoices and billings for payment submission.
Manage office supplies, staff welfare matters, and general office administration.
Coordinate routine office and showroom maintenance to ensure a well-maintained working environment.
Assist in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities, including team-building sessions, festive celebrations, staff outings, and annual events.
