We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support both human resource and accounting functions, playing an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.
Key HR Responsibilities - Manage and maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees.
- Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check-in & out and all related matters.
- Support performance appraisals, administer training related matters, update and maintain training record.
