Handle employee relations matters including grievances and disciplinary cases
Manage domestic inquiries and ensure proper documentation
Advise management on IR-related issues and labour law compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions
Maintain records of disciplinary actions and case documentation
