Your role:
Lead the overall HPM service business strategy creation and operational execution
Responsible for the HPM service financial performance, in charge of HPM service P&L
Responsible for the go-to-market strategies, service portfolio in creation of integral value propositions driving profitable growth
Managing Maintenance Services delivery performance, compliance and quality towards customers
Driving optimal Customer Experience (NPS), against contractually agreed customer service levels
Ensuring compliance with all Services delivery processes in line with Q&R policies
Drive performance culture by LEAN empowerment of service team
Recruit and develop HPM service team with med-tech backgrounds, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and people development plan
