The role of Housing Officer will include:
Working closely with the lettings team in allocating Voids, Tenancy Sign Ups and ViewingsLiaising with tenancy enforcement agencies to build relevant case files and manage the complaint process for the service areaHandling a range of situations including complex cases of ASB (anti-social behaviour), which may include attending evictions and multi-agency crime prevention meetings.Attending various meetings to coordinate tenancy termination and changes, property clearance, and support tenancy auditing and fraud investigationsProviding advice and support to residents through regular community engagement and signposting to relevant third party agencies Skills and experiences:
