Housing Apprentice

37 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract, for the duration of the apprenticeship - 12.85 per hour

The Housing Apprentice will play a key role in supporting the Housing Service within Wychavon and Malvern Hills Districts, and gaining on the job experience of the Service. The role will be varied including learning about:

Homelessness Duties

• The housing waiting list
• Social housing allocations
• Empty homes
• Housing Assistance Grants
• Property Standards, Enforcement and Licencing
• Management of corporate projects, including innovation and service improvements
• Bringing forward affordable housing to meet the needs of our residents.
