Responsibilities

• Supervision and Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants and House Attendants, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching for team members, ensuring they are proficient in cleaning procedures and equipment operation.
• Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
