Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Housekeepers in ensuring that the rooms, front and back of the house are cleaned and maintained in accordance to the prescribed standards and that all defects are reported and rectified.
Requirements - Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Ensure all rooms, corridors, and service areas are properly maintained in accordance with cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Inspect ready rooms to ensure they are clean, prepared, and ready for guest check-in.
- Conduct regular rounds to identify maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, or urgent defects (e.g. lighting or equipment issues).
- Maintain and track records of deep‑cleaned rooms to ensure proper rotation and scheduling of cleaning cycles.
