:As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Lakeland, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine appearance and cleanliness of our Campground. Enjoy working outdoors as well as being instrumental in creating a fun working environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing the Housekeeping Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for training new staff, scheduling shifts, and providing ongoing guidance to your team.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of cabins, community bathhouses, and other property areas to ensure compliance with Lakeland's cleanliness and quality standards. You will identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
