JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately.
