Summary


 The Housekeeper is responsible for aspects of apartment turnover cleaning, apartment community grounds and common area cleaning, custodial duties, and any projects assigned by supervisor.


 The Housekeeper is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance.


 Duties include:

• Cleaning furnished apartments to be ready for the next resident.  To include but not limited to scrubbing bathroom toilet, sink, shower, bathtub, vinyl bath floor, countertops, cabinets, kitchen sink, counter tops,...
