Overview
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas within the hotel/establishment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Guest Rooms: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Public Areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
- Empty trash receptacles, dust surfaces, and vacuum carpets.
- Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.
