Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all guest cabins and public areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and dining areas
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed
• Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in all areas
• Empty trash and replace with new liners
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including counters, tables, and doorknobs
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies and amenities
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
• Assist with laundry and ironing as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests and crew
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
