About the Role
This role is where it all starts, you will be reporting to and working with the Bistro and Catering Manager (BCM) developing recipes within the Village to meet the dietary requirements of all our residents.
Delivering high quality meals is essential to our residents as this could be one of their highlights of their day. You will need to ensure that all meals are wholesome, nutritional, flavoursome and appetising to encourage our residents to enjoy their homecooked meals, along with;
