This part‑time, temporary position provides front‑of‑house leadership and exceptional customer service for events at Kenan Auditorium, Beckwith Recital Hall, and Mainstage Theatre. Duties include coordinating volunteers, supervising ushers and ticket takers, managing patron flow and accessibility, and supporting a safe and welcoming audience experience. Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to UNCW Arts patrons

Assist with recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteer ushers

Support collaborative volunteer programs with Thalian Hall and Wilson Center

Lead pre‑event usher meetings and assign duties

Oversee lobby setup, program distribution, and event‑specific activities
