Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience within the hospitality industry
• Minimum 3 years in a senior hotel operations leadership role
• Strong background in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations
• Experience within luxury boutique hotels, lodges, or premium hospitality environments
• Proven leadership experience managing departmental heads and operational teams
