Responsibilities - Maintain the day to day engineering operations of the hotel
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Perform repairs timely and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgement
- Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals
- Be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency
- Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications - NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building Technician or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in facilities maintenance
- Willing to do night shifts
