Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to support the operation in delivering Superior Guest Service by promptly recognizing, greeting, and seating guests, while performing additional front‑of‑house duties as assigned. The Host/Hostess ensures a warm welcome, efficient guest flow, and a positive first and last impression for all guests.
