Role Overview

As a Pool & Beach Hostess at Banyan Tree Dubai, you are responsible for creating a warm, seamless, and welcoming arrival experience for guests in the resort’s outdoor leisure areas. You will manage guest flow across pool and beach zones, coordinate seating and cabanas, and ensure every guest feels personally recognised and cared for from the moment they arrive.

You are the key connection between guests and the service team, ensuring smooth operations and an effortless luxury experience.
