Achieves assigned quarterly targets set by the Management
Cultivates the existing and potential foreign mass patrons and converts them into premium patrons with greater Theo/Win contributions and a more frequent visitation pattern
Processes customer transactions in HALO (House Advantage Loyalty System), including but not limited to membership sign-ups, redemptions, and complimentary issuances to High-Value Patrons (HVPs)
Assists in the issuance of complimentary items (gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms) while adhering to the room and complimentary approved and allowable transaction amount matrix
Recognizes leading foreign players and develops an in-depth understanding of their preferences and gaming habits
Strengthens and nurtures connections with HVPs through consistent communication and personalized interactions
