Job Summary The Hospitality & Logistics specialist will support the delivery of world-class in-person programs conducted by IIT Bombay’s Educational Outreach (EO) office. Reporting to the Hospitality & Logistics Manager, this is a highly hands-on, operational role responsible for coordinating accommodation, venues, food & beverage services, transportation, and participant support to ensure seamless programme execution. The role requires an individual who enjoys being on the ground, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when programmes are in progress.
